For over a decade, J. Lumen has been helping people 'flip their switch' to see life in a new light. After realizing she was silently dissatisfied with her own life, she struggled to find a solution. The fear of judgement from others, and self-doubt, weighed in heavily until she survived an unexpected attempt on her life. It was then she learned the importance of living life to the fullest because we never know when our time will be up.

From her experience, she created and founded The Unknown Bucket List; a multi-functional approach to living a life without regret, not defined by means or circumstances, resilient against life's curveballs, and aligned with what brings you authentic joy. As an international transformation and empowerment speaker, and a certified Master Life Coach, she is enthusiastic about empowering others to stop waiting and start living.
