With 30+ years of experience in full inclusion and heterogeneous grouping, I was highlighted by the Video Journal of Education in 1996 for PD video, before state mandates. My work at Gladwyne Elementary in Lower Merion, the 44th top U.S. district, and Title I schools in NM earned me the 1993 'Top Teach' award. Recognized by Lower Merion's District Digest, I developed a curriculum enhancing dual language success, engaging families, daycares, and preschools. I completed 314 hours in Even Start PD and preschool training, including Tools of the Mind and more. I hired and trained childcare staff for daycare transitioning to my curriculum. Co-creator of the full inclusion program C.H.I.L.E.S, recipient of the 1994 Intel Grant, I taught the Peterson Learning Support Program for LD students at Albuquerque Academy. Creator of '1 2 3 Super Empowered! Language Infusion Resource, 2024' and author of 'Tell Me Again How We Became Such a Happy Family,' with a co-authorship in 'The Art of Connection: 365 Days of Abundance,' 2025.
