Alyssa Kennedy is a Pennsylvania native who moved to North Carolina, USA, in 2020. She is a Music Educator, Director of Instrumental Ensembles, Private Music Instructor, and Professional Trumpet Musician. She has performed music abroad for the 2012 Summer Olympics. She has also performed with Mark Wood, co-founder of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Outside of her interests in Fine Arts, Alyssa enjoys literature, movies, puzzles, musical theater, and dancing. She is also an avid sports enthusiast, playing beach volleyball and watching a variety of sports. Alyssa loves working in her garden, tending her flowers, growing herbs, and other food. Traveling is an important part of her life, Japan being her favorite trip so far. She hopes to own a Corgi puppy in the future, or several dogs, as a lover of animals.
